With a website or without one: where to start.
Whether or not you have a website, the goal is the same: that whoever looks for you can talk to you right then. Two paths, five questions to decide and examples for bands, shops and founders.

The momentThe doubt before the enquiry
There are two sentences you hear a lot when someone is thinking about improving their presence online. One is “I already have a website, I don’t want to start from scratch.” The other is “I don’t have a website yet, I don’t even know where to start.”
They sound like opposites, but they hide the same doubt: how do I look after the people who find me better, without throwing away what I have done or overspending? The answer does not depend on what you have today. It depends on what you need to happen when someone finds you.
The problemRedo everything or touch nothing
When people think about improving a website, two extremes tend to appear. Either redo everything, with months of work and a frightening budget. Or touch nothing, because “the website is done”, even though nobody uses it to write to you.
If you have no website, the extreme is a different one: putting it off. Meanwhile, enquiries arrive through direct messages, comments and missed calls, and each one gets answered whenever there is time.
In both cases the same thing is missing: something that receives the person at the moment they look for you, answers the basics and passes you the enquiry, already sorted.
The question is not whether you have a website. It is what happens when someone lands on it.
Path 1You already have a site: we add a host
If your website already exists and you like how it looks, there is no need to rebuild it. The FULL Host is installed on your current site in 3 days and works however yours is built: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Tienda Nube or custom code.
It is a guided six-level conversation, with answers you approve and no generative AI: it does not improvise. It says hello, asks just enough to understand what the person needs, answers the usual questions and passes the enquiry to your WhatsApp with its context. It costs €199 + VAT, as a one-off payment.
Path 2No website yet: we build one with the host inside
If you have no website, or the one you have no longer represents you, we build one to measure, with no templates and no WordPress, with the FULL Host included. It is live in 1 to 2 weeks, with an agile method and daily updates; dates are planned with you, and kept.
- €299 · Impulso website: a one-page landing site, in one language. To start with the essentials: who you are, what you do and how to talk to you.
- €499 · Esencial website, the most chosen: up to five sections and a landing page, in two languages. To explain several services calmly.
- €999 · Portal website: up to eight sections and two landing pages, in up to three languages. If you sell online, we put the FULL Host in your shop and help you sign up to Tienda Nube or Shopify.
- €199 · FULL Host on its own: path 1, if your site stays as it is.
All prices are plus VAT, as a one-off payment. The code and the domain are in your name (you pay for the domain). Hosting runs on a free Cloudflare plan that Innectia sets up, with HTTPS and no monthly fee. For security there is no panel for editing copy: changes are requested from the team, or from another developer who edits the code.
How to decideFive questions, five minutes
If you are still unsure after this, the free check is 10 questions and 3 minutes. It tells you what level you are at and what the next step is.
What changesBands, shops and founders
For a band or a live show. Today the information is spread across social networks, and the announcement of the next date gets buried in the feed. With a landing site of your own, someone who saw a clip finds in one place what it sounds like, when the next date is and how to write about bookings. That is what GRÄNDRØ and Un Poco de Rock do, each with an Impulso website.
For a shop. If you already sell on Shopify or Tienda Nube, there is no need to change platform. The FULL Host answers the questions that hold back a purchase, such as delivery, sizes or returns, with your approved answers, and passes anyone who wants to talk to a person on to WhatsApp.
For founders. If you teach classes, do renovations or advise other businesses, enquiries tend to arrive at any hour. A website with a host answers the basics (what you do, where and how to book an appointment) and in the morning you find a sorted enquiry instead of a “hi, info?”.
In all three cases, social networks remain the shop window. The website becomes the counter. And all of this is for answering people who write to you on their own: it is not for mass campaigns or messages nobody asked for.
